The key duties include: overall project planning, setting standards and rules, developing clear and achievable project objectives, defining project requirements, managing time, costs, scope and quality. He negotiates and cooperates with cooperating companies and suppliers, and also cooperates with the management board.
Product manager
The Product Manager is responsible for introducing a new product to the market, creating a long-term development strategy for it, and monitoring the product life cycle. It focuses on conducting market research and data analysis to control the position of competitors and analyze their products. He is also responsible for setting business priorities and communicating with external stakeholders.
